You could sleep 7 minutes less or 7 less minutes of watch TV. If you think this app may be too difficult for you, you can change the difficulty settings so that this app can be used for everyone. And it’s free! Awesome!

Pocket Yoga

Yoga is certanlly getting pretty popular these days. And men have definitely joined the bandwagon with classes looking a lot more gender equal. Many of us like yoga, but don’t like or don’t have time to go to a class. This is where Pocket Yoga comes in. It helps you do yoga from anywhere, including the comfort of your own home. And it is great for all levels of skill. Don’t know the poses? No problem! Pocket Yoga comes with detailed voice and video instructions. This app is not free, but it is cheap, only $2.99.


Finally, our last recommendation is Sworkit. This app allows you to choose what kind of workout you want. So it’s super flexible. Choose from strength building, yoga, cardio, or stretching. A great feature is that it randomizes each workout so that you don’t get bored being the same old workouts. And again, it’s free! Win.


JEFIT is a workout app that is tailored to muscle building and strength training. So it’s really for those of you looking to maximize your workouts! Build muscle and get ripped using this great app and it is loaded with awesome exercises for specific parts of your body. And it won’t let you miss a workout as it comes with an exercise schedule and even log. And it’s free! But the free version has limitations such as you need to look at advertisements. If you purchase it, you don’t need to deal with the ads and you even get a few bonus features.
