You could sleep 7 minutes less or 7 less minutes of watch TV. If you think this app may be too difficult for you, you can change the difficulty settings so that this app can be used for everyone. And it’s free! Awesome!
Yoga is certanlly getting pretty popular these days. And men have definitely joined the bandwagon with classes looking a lot more gender equal. Many of us like yoga, but don’t like or don’t have time to go to a class. This is where Pocket Yoga comes in. It helps you do yoga from anywhere, including the comfort of your own home. And it is great for all levels of skill. Don’t know the poses? No problem! Pocket Yoga comes with detailed voice and video instructions. This app is not free, but it is cheap, only $2.99.

If you purchase it, you don’t need to deal with the ads and you even get a few bonus features.

Pandora is a music streaming service which is really easy to use and to get playlists made up. All you do is enter a name of a song and Pandora will come up with a playlist based on similar songs.
There have been so many times where a conversation was happening about a movie or an actor but you cannot remember their name. This is one of the great things about IMBD, they have all the movies archived there with all the information including director, actors, plot, and more. These days there are so many foods out there that we think are good for us but in fact are not. This is where Fooducate comes in and is a great app for when you are in the supermarket. Fooducate allows you to scan the barcode of products and actually give you a rating on how good or bad the food is for you. This allows you to quickly and easily choose food that is healthy.
My Fitness Pal
This is a neat little app, it starts of by taking your height, weight, age, and your weight goal. The app then breaks down that goal into smaller goals that need only baby steps to achieve. This will continue until you reach your ideal weight.
If you are not keen on using apps to help you lose weight, there are always the traditional ways to lose weight. You can eat more healthy, exercise more, have meal replacement shakes, or try one of those crazy diet plans that only allow you to eat a certain thing.
